Our feedback about the AWS Summit Paris 2018

Thomas Delcros, Full Stack developer within the Kizeo team shares with you his feedback:

“Overall the day was well organized, the security visible and reassuring, the conferences varied. AWS makes us share its novelties with fervor as the products are more interesting than the others. This day allowed me to discover the power of some tools put at our disposal. It opens the field of possibilities and it allows to think about and plan future improvements. I was especially impressed by the machine learning tools that AWS has for the benefit of all developers with a simple API call. There was also a so-called “Tech-bar” with about twenty AWS experts who were able to answer any questions about setting up, or using their services. Finally, a set of French start-up booths an ideal place to find new talent.

Vincent Demonchy, R & D Manager at Kizeo, also visited the Palais des congrès to attend the AWS summit Paris edition 2018:

“Our first goal was to keep a watch on the services offered by AWS. Since their arrival in France with their Parisian data centers, it becomes possible for Kizeo to exploit the solutions they offer. Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (EKS) was one of the services we looked forward to. We regularly used “Docker” for our various external tools. Nevertheless, we had not yet been able to look at the setting up of “Kubernetes“. We will soon test the AWS. In fact, we have already started and will accelerate this process. In the future, I would like to spend less time preparing and installing the infrastructure and more to build applications using them … I was impressed by the importance of the event, many decision makers from the largest French companies were present “.
