My Role
As a support executive, I work on a daily basis to improve your Kizeo Forms experience. Responding to questions and solving problems allows me to be an advocate for the creation of various web and video materials that accompany our product.
My favourite experiences
I have more than 20 years of experience in customer relations. From teleoperator to administrative assistant to technical support manager, I have had the opportunity to work all over the world in many sectors: banking, recruitment, leasing, education and many others. All of them have been areas of special applications. I have been able to develop real know-how in the field of customer relations. For 7 years, I have been involved in technical support for users. Feeling useful to my customers and my enterprise is a significant source of motivation for me. I like to feel that I am making a contribution here at Kizeo. In Kizeo, I discovered a company whose policy is truly focused on the well-being of its employees as well as its customers. As Richard Branson said, “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your enterprise”.
My hobbies
I love everything that’s handcrafted. That’s how I became an expert in designing cakes, sewing and especially DIY. Yes, I admit it: I consider my sanding machine my best friend!
Lastly, in order to grow my own vegetables, I have recently started gardening. My two daughters are my true interests: my life is centred around them.
